Kale
This variety of kale produces an abundence of sweet tender bluish green leaves. It has many uses including, salads, chips and stirfry.

- Rotate brassica (broccoli, kale, cauli etc) crops
- Add compost and lime to the soil to help prevent club root
- Plant 15cm apart
- Grow quite close together in clumps, as opposed to rows, to create a quite nice visual effect
